Job Overview:

1. Participate in the entire testing process, including requirement analysis, design reviews, developing test plans, designing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and software quality analysis.

2. Responsible for internal organization or management tasks, take charge of or organize the development of testing technical plans, system deployment planning, diagnosis and resolution of major software testing issues, and conduct preliminary research and promotion of new technologies.

3. Handle emergencies and abnormal issues according to departmental internal processes, act as the lead for large-scale testing efforts.

4. Summarize, write, and revise testing processes and standards, participate in the formulation and review of software testing work standards, and coordinate with developers to promote system operability stability and improvement.

5. Summarize software testing technical knowledge and experience, be responsible for internal technical training within the team, and guide the technical work of others.

1. Over five years of testing experience, with more than three years in software testing development, automation testing, or white box testing. Experience in specialized testing areas such as performance and white box testing is preferred.

2. Proficient in testing experience in Android/iOS, distributed systems, databases, networks, CI/CD, etc., is preferred.

3. Skilled in Java or Python programming languages, demonstrating strong testing development capabilities and practical project experience.

4. Design and develop automation testing frameworks and test cases according to testing needs, develop testing tools to enhance testing efficiency.

5. Well-versed in testing processes and test case design methodologies, establish testing processes and conduct training and promotion.

6. Possess a broad technical vision and strong technological foresight, proactively engage in technical research and training.

7. Excellent communication skills with team members, good team collaboration awareness, and ability to lead team members to complete tasks.

8. High sense of responsibility, able to withstand considerable pressure, ensuring work quality.

Preferred additional qualifications:

1. Testing experience related to exchange U-based contracts, coin-based contracts, and financial-related derivatives.

2. Experience leading a team of 5-10 people.
