Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of experience in digital asset trading or as a product manager in finance/fintech, and over 5 years of experience as an internet product manager.

2. Experience with user experience-related products, having been responsible for the development of internet user experience products, with a preference for candidates with experience in international products.

3. Familiar with the business models and core mechanisms of various on-site trading products for digital assets.

4. Familiar with the business models and core mechanisms of various financial products, including funds and wealth management.

5. Independent project experience in product design and iteration, capable of writing comprehensive product requirement documents independently.

6. Possess professional capabilities expected of a senior product manager.

Work Content

1. Responsible for the design and verification of the company's business models and core algorithms for on-site trading and financial management products.

2. Responsible for enhancing the user experience of the company's on-site trading and financial management products, producing necessary materials such as product processes, prototypes, and requirements, and facilitating project implementation, iteration, and experience optimization.

3. Focusing on the company’s trading products, responsible for the design of trading service products, producing necessary materials such as product processes, prototypes, and requirements, and facilitating project implementation, iteration, and experience optimization.

4. Responsible for competitive product research on the company’s trading products and formulating optimization plans for company products.

5. Assist in product testing and complete functional testing of products.

6. Priority will be given to candidates from Bybit, Kucoin, OKX, Gate, Bitget, and other exchanges.
