Experience in Centralized CEX Trading

1. Integrate with CEX business systems, gather requirements, and design and implement solutions.

2. Analyze existing business processes and systems for shortcomings and bottlenecks, proposing optimization solutions to enhance customer experience and improve system performance and stability;

3. Design, develop, and maintain complex systems to support the rapid growth of the company with technology.

4. Provide assessments and complete scheduling for project implementation;

5. Complete module design, development, and unit testing for platform products.

Degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5 years or more of work experience;

1. Proficient in Java and other programming languages, with strong programming skills and habits, solid data structure and algorithm expertise, and the ability to solve problems at the source code level;

2. Familiar with troubleshooting distributed systems and microservice frameworks (such as Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, or Dubbo), with in-depth research and practical experience;

3. Knowledge of or experience with open-source big data components like Flink and Kafka;

4. Understanding of distributed, caching, and messaging mechanisms, capable of applying common distributed technologies to solve practical problems; experience in online troubleshooting and problem resolution;

5. Mastery of core skills in system design and analysis, with the ability to grasp key details and some management capabilities, able to proactively communicate, coordinate, and execute plans with a results-oriented approach;

6. Practical experience in building highly available and secure distributed systems, with a professional attitude and respect for online business security;

7. Must have experience in CEX.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with container cloud technologies, K8S, Docker, and experience in cloud migration solutions or projects such as two-site three-center or data center migrations is preferred;

2. Experience with projects related to NLP, OCR, AI, or related experience with graph databases;
