Find On-site/Hybrid Jobs

1) Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and daily operation support of the company's core systems (including Java backend services, big data platforms, management backends, message middleware, etc.);

2) Build and optimize the monitoring system to promptly identify and address service anomalies, ensuring high system availability;

3) Participate in DevOps activities such as system go-live, configuration release, change management, and version control;

4) Maintain and optimize middleware components such as Kafka, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc.;

5) Assist the development team in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity assessment;

6) Write automated script tools to enhance operational efficiency;

7) Manage Linux servers and cloud platform resources (such as AWS, Aliyun, K8s, etc.), participate in architectural planning and resource cost optimization;

8) Assist in establishing operational standards, process documentation, and emergency response mechanisms.

1) Over 5 years of experience in Linux operations, with a preference for candidates who have experience in internet systems/backend service operations;

2) Familiar with the deployment, monitoring, and tuning processes of Java applications, and knowledgeable about microservice architectures such as SpringBoot/SpringCloud;

3) Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell/Python/Go, with a certain level of automation operations capability;

4) Familiar with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of components like Kafka, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, ELK, and Prometheus;

5) Experience with tools such as CI/CD, GitLab, and Jenkins;

6) Familiar with AWS cloud services and container management tools like K8s/docker;

7) Strong problem identification, fault analysis capabilities, and emergency response skills;

8) Good communication skills and team spirit, able to adapt to scenarios supporting multiple systems in parallel.

9) Proficient in both Chinese and English, applicable to work.
