1. Responsible for the development, tracking, and maintenance of project plans, managing the project lifecycle by reasonably setting project goals and schedules, clearly delineating work content, and efficiently adjusting project plans in response to various changes.

2. Responsible for coordinating the reasonable allocation of resources between projects to ensure optimal resource utilization.

3. Fully manage the implementation of technical projects, ensuring progress and quality control, and ensuring that project objectives are achieved on schedule.

4. Responsible for project risk management, promptly identifying, tracking, and resolving issues that affect project timelines, and actively driving solutions.

5. Responsible for liaising with stakeholders regarding requirements, ensuring that all phases of the product research and development project management process are executed effectively, continuously optimizing the process system, and assisting the product research and development team in enhancing efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communication, or a related field.

2. Over 3 years of technical development experience in the internet, software, or IT-related fields, with at least 3 years of project management experience in the cryptocurrency or brokerage software sector.

3. Proficient in software project process management, with practical experience and a deep understanding of agile project management.

4. Possess a broad perspective and the ability to effectively control the achievement of project objectives.

5. Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, highly responsible, proactive in work, resilient under pressure, and capable of rapid learning and adapting to fast changes.

6. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with an excellent team spirit.

7. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant certifications such as PMP, IPMP, PRINCE2, or ScumMaster.
