Penerangan
- Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming customers to the restaurant and guiding them to their tables.
- Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Checking on Guests: Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or requests.
Syarat-syarat
- 20-29 years old
- Educational Attainment: At least college level
- Experience: Open for On the jot
- Customer Service: Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Communication: Clear and effective verbal communication with guests and kitchen staff.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep track of orders.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in taking orders and ensuring food and beverages are delivered correctly.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for extended periods and carry food and drinks.
- Knowledge of the Menu: Familiarity with the restaurant's menu and ability to answer customer questions.
