Syarat-syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices is a plus.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Knowledge of payroll systems
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferably resident around Cabuyao/Calamba/Sta. Rosa or nearby places
