Penerangan
- Checking and monitoring equipment/product logistics for projects and brands under the department.
- Plots weekly and daily activities of the technical team
- Responsible for project allocation monitoring
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all sales and/or technical-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Monitors Technical Support Staffs’ itineraries
- Prepares and monitors requisition of equipment/devices
- Serve as a back-end support to sales
- Submits reports on sales pipeline, orders and projects updates, ensuring that all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
- Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls, preparing demonstration requirements and other administrative support to the team.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Syarat-syarat
- Must have at least bachelor's degree of any related course
- With at least 1 year of Customer Care experience and with experience supporting for Calls, Emails and Chats
- Good call handling, good email handling, good documentation skills, with good business communication skills
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
- Can start as soon as possible
- with experience in Kitchen Equipment and supplies is an advantage
