We are hiring a maintenance personnel to inspect the office, clinic and warehouses for repairs or renovations and to check different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.

a)    Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair

b)    Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures

c)    Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs

d)    Maintaining the building HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning) equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.

e)    Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof.

f)     Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.

g)    Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped.

h)    The employee may be assigned to affiliate companies and warehouses of the company when the need arises.

To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools.
