  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and standards.


Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of barista experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficient in latte art, extensive coffee knowledge, and attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, frequent standing, and handling hot equipment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, multitasking ability, and a passion for coffee.
