  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Document work performed and maintain records for compliance.
  • Collaborate with other team members as needed.

  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of commercial electrical systems, proficiency in routine inspections, installations, and use of power and hand tools.
