  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, and finding a solution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using the company's CRM tools.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to retention and loyalty goals.
