Descrição:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via email, phone, or chat.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
Requisito
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Open for non-bachelors
- Experience as a Customer Service answering concerns and inquiries in any of the e-commerce platforms (shoppee, lazada or tiktok)
- Experience in health supplements, diet, nutrition, and human anatomy is a plus
- Amendable to work on site.
