- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and handle inquiries related to HR matters.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requisito
- Job Title: Human Resources
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, payroll processes, people and performance management, and strong computer literacy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, handle payroll, and support employee performance evaluations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
