Description
- Inspection and Diagnosis: Inspecting Vehicle and heavy Equipment for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and using diagnostic tools to identify problems.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks (e.g., oil changes, lubrication, component replacements), and repairing or replacing defective parts, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
Requirements
- College Graduate / Vocational / NCII Holder.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in diagnostics, repair, maintenance, tool handling, blueprint interpretation, and safety protocols. Strong troubleshooting and team leadership capabilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform repairs, maintain records, ensure safety procedures are followed, and lead coaching and training sessions.
- Working Conditions: Standard workshop or field environments with potential exposure to mechanical hazards.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
