Descrição:
1、 制定游戏收入模型、付费结构与道具系统策略；
2、 监控用户转化与 LTV 表现，优化定价策略与道具组合；
3、 协同产品、运营与 BI 团队，推动多元商业化场景落地；
4、 分析竞品商业策略，结合市场趋势提出创新收益模式；
5、 建立商业化测试机制，验证各类促销方案效果。
Requisito
1、 7 年以上商业化运营或产品经验，3 年以上管理岗位经验；
2、 熟悉 iGaming 或其他高付费型游戏的商业模式；
3、 精通收入指标结构与用户分层模型；
4、 具备扎实的数据分析能力与实验设计能力；
5、 具备中英文工作能力，有全球化商业设计经验者优先。
（加分项）
1、 熟悉 RFM 模型与 A/B 测试；
2、 有社区或 KOL 运营经验者优先。
