A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a
Recruitment Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment-related administrative activities. You will support the recruitment team with candidate coordination, data entry, and general administration, helping to maintain a high-quality candidate experience and efficient team workflow.
Your Day Could See You
- Assisting in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment documentation
- Supporting job advertising, applicant tracking, and interview coordination
- Maintaining accurate and timely reports and recruitment metrics
- Communicating with candidates and clients with professionalism and efficiency
- Using various tools and platforms including MS Office and social media to support recruitment campaigns
- Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver on time
- Contributing to the success of the team by upholding service, safety, and sales standards
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Experience using social media for professional communication
Nice To Have
- Experience in the recruitment industry
- Vocational training or exposure to HR, Industrial Relations, or WHS systems
