• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Assess training needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

• Proven background as a technical trainer.
• Knowledge of modern training techniques in technical subjects.
• Experience in designing technical course content.
• Capacity to deliver NVQs, etc.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree - BS in Industrial Technology major in Instrumentation or Electrical l / BS instrumentation or Electrical Engineering / or equivalent.
• Must be a holder of ICS NCII or EIM NC II
• Holder of NTTC I in Instrumentation and Control Servicing NC II or Electrical Installation & Maintenance NCII (or higher)
• Must have at least 2 years of teaching experience in the relevant qualification
• Must have at least 2 years of job/industry experience (optional)
• Must college graduate of any equivalent in the relevant qualification
• Must be physically and mentally fit

Other Qualification :

• Good in oral and written communications
• Good in coaching /facilitating skills
• Computer literate
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• Proficient computing skills required in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and AutoCAD.
