职位描述

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding.
  • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant industrial painting experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in contract specifications, strong observation skills, capable of structural design, and effective planning and forecasting abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and in industrial settings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
