  • Delivering a world-class customer experience by assisting shoppers and building strong relationships
  • Demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to customers
  • Achieving personal and team sales targets through suggestive selling and effective customer engagement
  • Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately and processing returns as needed
  • Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends

职位要求

  • t least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, ideally within the luxury goods sector
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a naturally friendly, helpful demeanour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
  • Excellent product knowledge and a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Enthusiasm for achieving sales targets and a proactive, target-driven mindset
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
