  • Supervise and monitoring of site facility repairs and maintenance, and construction projects.
  • Waste segregation and scrap disposal in coordination with Finance Team.
  • Operating Supplies (office, pantry, and bathroom, cleaning, handyman supplies) monitoring and ordering. Inventory management of office, pantry, cleaning and operating supplies
  • Accomplishment/KPI reporting of Site and conduct audit with EHS
  • Issuance and Monitor of PPE to the team as required by the client.
  • Monitoring of Pest Control and Housekeeping

职位要求

  • At least College graduate
  • with 2 years of experience as Team Lead or Supervisor
  • computer literate
  • can handle pressure
