الوصف

  • Design and develop accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM).
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Conduct model reviews and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Utilize software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
  • Assist in project planning and coordination activities.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Revit and BIM software, strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Create and maintain BIM models, collaborate with project teams, ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, potential for site visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, problem-solver, and adaptable to changing project needs.
