BIM Modelers use specialized software to generate detailed 3D representations that include not only the physical structure but also information about its design, construction, and performance

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is generally required
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is crucial. 
• Experience with other BIM-related software like BIM 360 and Dynamo can be an added advantage. 
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings. 
• Strong 3D modeling skills. 
• Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) standards and best practices. 
• Understanding of BIM principles, including Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
