Client and Data Management

• Prepare and update Business Development Masterlist Reports, presentations, and statistical summaries.
• Maintain a database of prospective and active clients, including detailed engagement records.
• Track and manage Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) with agencies.
• Organize, file, and safeguard all loan and client-related documentation.
• Consolidate and regularly update key client information:

1. Contact details
2. Business relationship summaries
3. History of interactions and known issues
4. Client-specific needs

• Develop and maintain contact lists for each agency and ensure proper documentation of communications (e.g., business cards, messenger accounts).
• Maintain an updated Asset List and ensure proper record-keeping of all business resources and materials.

Internal Coordination & Strategic Support

• Collaborate with team members to support strategic initiatives and improve client engagement processes.
• Coordinate with the billing and supervisory departments to monitor and address client account issues.
• Assist in implementing internal administrative functions as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in loan processing, client management, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
