الوصف

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet hiring goals across departments.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tools, and processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for critical and managerial roles.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs.
  • Manage relationships with external partners (e.g., headhunters, job portals).
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
  • 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Relevant experience in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume and field-based hiring is a plus.
  • Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
  • Fluent in English and Filipino.
