Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift

Work Arrangement: Work on site

• Manage the onboarding team, accountable for reports and analytics .
• Manage the recruitment partners' contract renewals, risk and compliance management for pre-employment documents and pre-employment medical exams.
• Mandated by the government and client requirement and govern internal and external audits.
• Acting as a consultant to new employees.
• Creating and updating our employee handbook.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 8 years of recruitment background
• With 4 years focused on onboarding
• With 5 years of leadership background with direct reports.
• Experience in audit and compliance experience 
• Amenable to work graveyard shift
