ob Summary:


The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of the general agency particularly in sales operation. This role includes creating sales pipelines, tracking corporate accounts and sales performance, overseeing commission calculations and disbursements, and maintaining an organized and efficient administrative system. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional dedicated to supporting the company’s growth.


Responsibilities


1. Sales Support:

  • Create sales pipelines by researching on potential corporate and individual clients for the non-life business.
  • Create sales presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for requested proposals.
  • Handhold potential clients in the submission of required application documents.
  • Track and monitor the progress of corporate accounts, ensuring all pending requirements from both sides are attended to.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management's information.
  • Identify and flag any discrepancies in sales data for resolution.


2. Social Media Handling

  • Lead social media posting and interactions with community
  • Collaborate with the team's social media specialist in creating contents specifically for sales activities


3. General Administrative Support

  • Provide support to the President & CEO
  • Organize and maintain company records, contracts, and databases.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.


Qualifications


  • Must have a Bachelor's degree, any field
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of administrative or sales support experience in the insurance, financial services, or brokerage industries
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and must be an independent worker
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Canva and other similar applications or tools
  • Highly Tech and Social Media savvy
