- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language, strong customer service skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with possible shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, patience, good listening skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
