Description
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain a positive attitude and build strong customer relationships.
- Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service, sales pipeline management, pitching and closing sales, Salesforce, and financial literacy.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work opportunities, regular hours, and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, empathy, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
