Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, effective communication, and understanding of sales pipeline processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and promote products.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require occasional evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, proactive, and detail-oriented.
