As we scale, we're looking for an experienced HR & Recruiting Manager with a deep understanding of the iGaming and online casino industries to lead our human resources and talent acquisition functions.


Position Overview

As the HR & Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping Sigma LLC’s workforce by leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, building a strong talent pipeline, and managing HR operations. This position requires hands-on HR leadership, a passion for people, and in-depth knowledge of hiring trends and team management in the iGaming space.


Key Responsibilities

● Lead the HR and recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent within the iGaming industry

● Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

● Build and maintain talent pipelines for key departments including marketing, product, operations, and technology

● Oversee employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and company policy compliance

● Develop and enforce HR best practices aligned with company goals

● Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance remote work culture

● Ensure compliance with labor laws and gaming industry regulations

● Partner with department leads to forecast hiring needs and refine recruitment processes

● Manage HR tools and systems, including ATS, performance evaluations, and retention initiatives

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management or recruitment roles

● Proven track record in HR and recruiting within the iGaming or online casino industry (must-have)

● Deep understanding of industry hiring trends, candidate expectations, and remote workforce management

● Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

● Experience creating and executing effective HR policies and strategies

● Proficiency with HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment tools

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment

● Familiarity with employment laws, compliance standards, and best practices in global HR
