Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resource and Admin Manager at Twin Rams Media Group. The manager will be responsible for overseeing HR activities, managing administrative tasks, coordinating employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.


Qualifications

  • HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
  • Administrative and Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and Compliance
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with HR software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Self-starter attitude is a plus and experience working in a fast-paced, start-up like environment.
