Description

  • Recruitment be responsible for the recruitment of various positions in the new factory, formulate recruitment plans, optimize the recruitment process, and ensure the timeliness of personnel arrival at their posts.
  • Collaborate with the heads of various departments to clarify job requirements, and develop job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Publish job positions on mainstream recruitment platforms (such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Kalibrr, etc.) and maintain recruitment channels.
  • Expand candidate resources through various channels.
  • Screen resumes, organize initial telephone/video interviews, arrange departmental second-round interviews, and ensure that candidates match the positions.
  • Evaluate the candidates' capabilities and cultural adaptability.
  • Process Coordination and Onboarding Follow-up
  • Coordinate interview arrangements, and follow up on candidates' background checks, salary negotiations, and the issuance of employment offers.Assist new employees in handling onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Educational Background A diploma or above is required. A major in human resources management, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
  • Work Experience at least 2 years of recruitment experience in factories, with a good understanding of the local recruitment market and labor laws in the Philippines.
  • Candidates with experience in building a recruitment system from scratch (from 0 to 1) will be given priority.
  • Skills and Tools Proficient in using HR recruitment tools.Fluent in English reading and writing.
  • Candidates with good spoken Filipino are preferred (as communication with local candidates is required).
  • Having the ability to speak Chinese will be an additional advantage and may lead to a salary increase.

Abilities and Qualities

  • Strong stress tolerance, able to adapt to the recruitment needs of the factory's rapid expansion.Have the ability to collaborate across departments and be good at communication and coordination.
  • Be familiar with Philippine labor laws (such as RA 11647, etc.) to ensure the compliance of the recruitment process.
  • Cultural Fit Identify with the company's values, adapt to the working environment of the manufacturing industry, and have a team spirit.
