Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter


We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent that aligns with our company's goals and culture.


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of BSBA in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related course.
  • At least 6 months of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition; extensive experience is a strong advantage.
  • Solid background in managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates, and the HR team.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
