SiGMA Events refers to a series of global iGaming and emerging tech events organized by SiGMA Group. SiGMA stands for "The Worlds Online Gambling Authority" and initially focused on the iGaming industry in Malta. Over time, SiGMA has expanded its scope and established itself as a leading international event organizer in the iGaming, blockchain, and emerging technology sectors.

SiGMA events bring together industry professionals, stakeholders, experts, and enthusiasts from around the world to discuss the latest trends, innovations, challenges, and opportunities in the gaming and tech industries. These events typically feature conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, panel discussions, keynote speeches, and various other activities aimed at facilitating knowledge sharing, business networking, and collaboration within the industry.

SiGMA events have gained recognition and popularity within the iGaming and tech communities, attracting a diverse range of participants, including operators, affiliates, regulators, suppliers, investors, and service providers. The events provide a platform for industry professionals to showcase their products, services, and expertise, as well as to foster meaningful connections and partnerships in a dynamic and engaging environment.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to grow our brand presence in the APAC region.
  • Plan and manage regional campaigns across digital (social, email, PPC, SEO) and offline channels.
  • Work closely with local media partners, influencers, and affiliate networks.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and performance teams to localize messaging and creatives.
  • Build and nurture a database of delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors from key APAC markets.
  • Oversee partnerships with APAC-specific platforms (WeChat, Line, KakaoTalk, etc.).
  • Track and report on KPIs such as engagement, traffic, leads, registrations, and ROI.
  • Support PR and comms teams with region-specific press releases and media outreach.
  • Act as an ambassador for SiGMA events in Asia—travel to key events and help build on-site traction.


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a regional focus in APAC.
  • Strong knowledge of iGaming, Web3/Blockchain, or emerging tech industries is a big plus.
  • Proven experience with multi-channel marketing, localization, and growth strategy.
  • Familiarity with APAC marketing platforms (e.g., WeChat Ads, Naver, TikTok Asia).
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin, Tagalog, Japanese, or another Asian language is a bonus.
  • Excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills.
