Description
- Oversee daily operations during duty shifts, ensuring the platform remains stable and efficient
- Manage customer service issues, respond to user feedback, and streamline service processes for improvement
- Track risk control data, identify unusual behavior, take prompt action, and report any incidents
- Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve issues
- Document shift activities, prepare operational reports, and provide improvement suggestions
- Assist in shift scheduling, including night shifts, to ensure full team coverage
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with experience in customer service or risk control
- Proficient in customer service workflows and knowledgeable with common solutions for user issues
- In-depth understanding of risk control, with the ability to analyze and address unusual transactions or behavior
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
