Description
- Manage and process payroll accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR for payroll-related functions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, exceptional attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage payroll processing, ensure compliance with laws, and maintain confidentiality of employee records.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours and potential for remote flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong ethical standards, proactive problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
