We are looking for Process Engineer to focus on project management, technical inputs offering solutions and support to our Water business unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design water and wastewater treatment processes based on project specifications and client requirements.
• Develop detailed engineering plans, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for water and wastewater treatment projects, considering materials, equipment, labor, and other relevant factors.
• Evaluate and select cost-effective technologies and solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support during project execution to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Work closely with clients to understand their project needs, goals, and expectations.
• Present technical information and project proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Ensure that all projects comply with relevant environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Assist in the securing and delivering water / wastewater / recycled water / desalination projects.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate and timely high quality deliverables and on program completion of projects i.e. mechanical and civil input.
• Liaise with clients and subconsultants as necessary to ensure successful completion of projects and to maintain client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a design and engineering role that focus on water treatment, desalination or wastewater treatment.
• Proven experience in process engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Focus on client service and client experience.
• Experience in managing or supporting water and wastewater projects.
• Experience in producing and reviewing engineering drawings, design reports, specifications and tender documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
