• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting, preferably within multinational organizations or shared service centers.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax laws
• Proven ability to manage tasks for multiple clients or business units.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  
  

• General Accounting
• Perform full-cycle accounting processes, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of books (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with PFRS and IFRS standards. Monitor accruals, prepayments, and depreciation schedules.
• Client Support & International Operations
• Provide financial services and support to multiple international clients or entities.
• Liaise with global teams to align financial reporting and compliance practices.
• Handle queries and requirements from foreign stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure accurate multi-currency transactions and consolidations
• SAP and Systems Management
• Manage day-to-day finance transactions using SAP
• Validate and post transactions, ensure accurate cost center and GL coding.
• Generate reports, support audits, and assist with system improvements or rollouts.
• Train and support team members in SAP finance processes as needed
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Process vendor and supplier payments, employee reimbursements, and invoice generation for clients.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., BIR, SEC, PEZA, DOLE) and company financial policies.
• Prepare and submit government-mandated reports and tax returns (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax, Expanded Tax, BIR Form 2307/2316).
