Description

  1. Responsible for community operations and customer service in the Turkey region
  2. Connect with community users for communication and inquiries
  3. Native-level proficiency in Turkish
  4. Proficiency in English or Chinese as a second language


Shifts:

Morning Shift: 09:00–17:00

Evening Shift: 17:00–01:00


Fixed Shifts:

Morning, Afternoon, Evening

Requirements

1. Familiarity with the local market, understanding the needs of Turkish users, and knowledge of the competitive landscape in Turkey.

2. Ability to engage community users and enhance community activity, with skills to manage conflicts and negative issues within the community.

3. Knowledge of the local KOL and media ecosystem to facilitate penetration into quality communities.

4. Strong awareness and insight in crisis public relations, with the ability to quickly identify key information in external groups.

5. Strong execution skills, quick response times, and the ability to efficiently推进 tasks.
