  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
  • Handle payments and provide change when necessary.
  • Assist in training new waitstaff as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a waitering role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service, effective communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, reliable, and a team player.
