- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining professionalism.
- Monitor tables for guest needs and respond accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, cashiering skills, and strong hospitality abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Serving food and beverages, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
