Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.

• Plan and organize workloads and staff schedules to meet operational demands.

• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.

• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations are a plus.
