1. Responsible for the overall strategy development and execution of the company's SMS marketing, including promotional notifications, user activation, event reminders, and service notifications;

2. Plan and execute SMS marketing campaigns, track performance, and continuously optimize to improve user conversion and retention rates;

3. Segment users based on user profiles and behavioral data to develop refined SMS push strategies;

4. Responsible for writing, reviewing, and scheduling SMS content, ensuring compliance and effectiveness;

5. Monitor key metrics such as SMS delivery success rate, reach rate, and click-through rate, analyze data, and generate analytical reports;

6. Collaborate with related departments such as product, technology, and customer service to ensure the stability and efficiency of the SMS delivery system;

7. Research relevant regulations and policies in the SMS industry to ensure SMS operations comply with national laws and platform standards;

8. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices, exploring new SMS operation models.

9. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, advertising and media, computer science, or related fields;

10. More than 1 year of experience in SMS operations or user operations, experience in e-commerce, internet, finance, or education industries is preferred;

11. Familiarity with SMS platforms, SMS channels, and carrier strategies, with experience in using SMS systems;

12. Strong marketing planning and data analysis capabilities, able to adjust strategies based on data;

13. Good communication and coordination skills, strong team collaboration awareness, and high execution ability;

14. Familiarity with compliance requirements for SMS content, with a keen awareness of risk identification;

15. Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools (such as SQL, Looker Studio, etc.) is preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

 Experience with marketing automation platforms (such as Tencent Qidian, Ronglian, Weimob, Ucloud SMS platform, etc.);

 Experience in A/B testing, user segmentation, and tagging operations;

 Familiarity with multi-channel outreach methods beyond SMS (such as WeChat, App Push, email, etc.).
