About Our Client

Our Client , Lady M Confections is a global luxury cake brand renowned for its exquisite signature mille crêpes and handcrafted confections. With a focus on quality and creativity, they are dedicated to providing a world-class experience to our customers.


Lady M Confections is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated junior Finance Associate join their dynamic team based in the Philippines. This position is to support the accounting department for sales data reconciliations by processing bank deposits on day-to-day operations. This position is also expected to reconcile various accounting data, such as credit card liabilities and expense report activities, and make prompt notification to the supervisors when irregularities are observed. You will be working with the Accounting Manager based in New York.


* This is a Hybrid Position, working the Night Shift in our office in BGC - Monday to Friday 9pm to 6am. You are expected to work from the office 3 days a week.*


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the routine process of non-automated sales deposit entries, (Doordash, Uber Eats…etc.).
  • Enter Cash Deposits of boutique sales when the deposits are made (generally once a week). Monitor undeposited cash sales and notify locations when the cash deposits were not made over 2 weeks.
  • Assist in matching data for credit card liabilities, bank activity and monitor missing entries.
  • Monitor Sales Order data for irregular reports and process for error transactions.
  • Eventually assist with non-automated manual sales entries (Square, Meta, Goldbelly, etc.)
  • Weekly video conference meetings.
  • Provide general administrative and account support to the finance department as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager or supervisor.

要件

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other Business-related field.
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken.
  • Must have at least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
  • Willingness to learn new structures and follow guidance as it is instructed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, E-Mail.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in retail is Highly Preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expected to work effectively within the work hours and complete reports in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Work the night shift from 9pm to 6am.
