説明

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their financing requirements and long-term business goals.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of commercial loan applications, including financial statement analysis and credit package development.
  • Support Relationship Managers in structuring financial solutions and coordinating internal approvals.
  • Monitor loan portfolios for covenant compliance, renewals, and repayment schedules.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as credit risk, legal, and operations to ensure timely loan disbursement and servicing.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and enhancing client value.
  • Ensure all client documentation and interactions comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Deliver proactive client service to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

芁件

  •  Must be of Filipino-Chinese background with cultural familiarity in both Filipino and Chinese business practices.
  •  Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog (both spoken and written).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial or corporate banking, preferably in a client-facing or credit support capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, financial statement analysis, and credit risk fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business client relationships.
  • Experience working with middle-market or SME clients is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
