Job Description

The HRIS Associate is primarily responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role ensures data accuracy, provides technical support to users, generates HR-related reports, and assists in the automation of HR processes. The HRIS

Job Responsibilities

  • Encode, update, and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other HR transactions.
  • Performs routine audits to validate the integrity and accuracy of data in the system.
  • Generate HR reports such as headcount, turnover, leave balances, time and attendance summaries, and compliance reports.
  • Assist in the implementation of HRIS upgrades or new modules.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS or a related HR role.
  • Experience working with HRIS System preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Can work on a Day Shift.
