説明
- Achieves weekly/monthly targets based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitates background checking and pre-employment requirements stages.
- Facilitates new hire processes, including email setup and RCBC/payroll account processing.
- Facilitates the process for referral incentives, reimbursements, and payments.
- Sources, shortlists, and conducts phone screenings for candidates across various open requisitions within the organization.
- Manages recruitment marketing efforts through job postings and advertising on social media platforms.
- Maintains and updates tracking systems and reports, e.g., Live Recruitment, Daily Productivity, and other relevant reports to monitor recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensures proper management and backup of recruitment files, both digital and physical.
- Communicates new hire notifications to hiring managers promptly and timely.
- Undertakes ad hoc tasks as assigned.
要件
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field,
- With good communication and interpersonal skills, well organized, and able to navigate various job scope areas comfortably.
- With a sense of urgency and the ability to meet the required turnaround time.
- Willing to accept NCR minimum wage.
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- Preferably can start immediately
