• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
• Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing techniques.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

· Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any Related course

· At least 1 year of recruitment or any HR related experience.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Familiarity in using Microsoft Office Tools.

· Willing to work in Santolan and Ortigas, Pasig
