Description
- Department Management: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce monthly financial reports (actual and profit plan) for the company and headquarters on schedule, ensuring the accuracy and correctness of financial reports.
- Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare annual profit planning. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Ensure strict compliance with departmental and organizational objectives, adhering to established policies and processes
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and propose innovative solutions for efficient and profitable department operations.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all relevant direct and indirect tax returns. Represent the company for tax-related issues.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage the company’s cash flow effectively.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate and complete annual audits.
Requirements
- Experience Level: Minimum 3 years in Supervisory / 8 years in Finance and Accounting
- CPA/CA with a degree in Accounting
